| 摘 要： | 应用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定了30例流行性出血热患者血清及尿液可溶性白细胞介素2受体（SIL-2R）水平。结果表明:流行性出血热患者血清及尿液SIL-2R均明显高于正常人（P<0.01）;且与临床病程密切相关。尿液SIL-2R与尿蛋白变化呈正相关关系（P<0.01）,可间接反映肾功能损害程度。尿液SIL-2R与血清SIL-2R具良好的相关性（r=0.542,P<0.001）;且尿液具有取材方便,易于检测的优点。对流行性出血热患者的临床病情估计和治疗具有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Serum and urinary soluble inter-leukin-2 receptor (SLI-2R) levels of 30 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever were determined using asandwich ELISA. The results showed that serum and urinary SIL-2R levels of all of the patients weremuch higher than those of healthy subjects (P< 0.01) , and there was a close relationship between the SIL-2R levels and clinical course of EHF. SIL-2R Levels were positively related to protein levels in the urine samples (P< 0.01) . So urinary SIL-2R levels indirectly showed the damage degrees of kidney. A significant correlation was observed betweenthe serum SIL-2R levels and urinary SIL-2R levels (r = 0.5427 P<0.001) , and urine samples were collected and detected easier than serum samples were done, which has a certain significance in the clinical estimation of patient's condition and treatment of EHF. |
