| 摘 要： | 近年来，各高职院校对大学生心理健康教育越来越关注，心理健康教育课程的开设问题也逐渐得到解决。本人通过对普高班及中职班的教学过程对比，结合自身的教学实践，对如何提高心理健康教育课程的教学实效提出了几点构想。
