跨既有铁路京包四线连续梁合龙段钢壳施工技术

摘    要:主要介绍在既有铁路京包上方施工的霸王河1号特大桥(60+100+60)m连续梁转体桥中跨合龙段施工技术,根据现场实际情况研究发明了合龙段钢壳施工技术,并具体阐述钢壳加工,安装焊接等主要工况,对今后桥梁合龙段施工具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces the construction technology for continuous beam Swivel Bridge striding the closing segment in existing line of Bawanghe No. 1 Bridge (60 + 100 + 60) meter along Beijing-Baotou railway. According to the actual situations, closure section steel shell construction technology is studied and invented, and specific explanation of the Construction technology of steel shell processing, erection welding and among others are given which serves as reference for construction of the closing segment in future.
