摘    要:对承载式客车车身建立有限元模型,进行车身刚度、强度、模态特性分析,通过对满载时客车在各种工况下进行应力和变形分析,找到车身各部位的薄弱部件。为车身的改进和新车型结构的设计工作提供了有价值的理论指导,并由此可以节省一部分试验费用。

Abstract:Built the finite element model of a bus body that bear the weight, stiffness,strength and modal characteristics were analyzed on the body. The analysis of stress and deformation was carried through in various working conditions while the bus loaded fully and to find the weak parts of the body. Valuable theoretical guidance was provided for new products designed and improved. It can save a part of the test fee.
