紧邻既有线石方安全控制爆破技术

摘    要:结合渝涪铁路复线LTSDK33+600~YDK52+570路基扩堑施工实例,根据既有线的复杂环境、施工安全与进度要求,提出以预留岩墙的深孔松动控制爆破为主、结合浅孔弱松动爆破的技术方案。介绍了在紧邻既有线条件下石方爆破所遇到的技术问题和难点,提出解决方案,通过工程测量和实时振动监测,优化爆破方案,实现既有线扩堑施工科学、有序、快速(高效)、安全的目标,具有较强的实用性和操作性,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Combining with the construction instance of subgrade section LTSDK33 + 600 - YDK52 + 570 of the second rail- way of Chongqing to Fulin, based on the complexity of existing lines , the requirements of construction safety and progress, the technical scheme proposes the controlled deep-hole blasting of reserved rock wall as priority combined with shallow hole blasting. In this paper the technical problems and some solutions of the stone blasting of existing railway are also mentioned. Through engineering measurement and Real-time vibration monitor, the blasting scheme is optimized to realize the orderly, quick and safe construction so as to achieve the good social and the economic returns.
