深圳地铁2号线东黄区间盾构隧道重叠段施工技术

摘    要:重叠隧道结构特殊,受力复杂,施工难度大,掘进不易控制。深圳地铁2号线东延线东黄区间盾构隧道重叠段施工中采用夹层岩体注浆加固、自行台车同步支撑施工方案,相关技术措施应用效果良好,平均日掘进量达9.25 m。介绍重叠段施工工艺及关键技术,可为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract:The overlapping tunnel is of special structure, complex force, difficult construction and tunneling. The section of shield tunnel in Donghuang section of No. 2 line of Shenzhen subway makes use of the construction scheme of rock inter- layer grouting and movable jambo support, for which the relevant technical measures are well applied and average tunneling is 9.25 m each day. The technology for overlapping section is introduced for the reference of similar works.
