星形整车物流联盟的收益分配机制研究

分析了星形整车物流联盟的委托代理关系;应用委托代理理论,分别建立了信息对称和信息不对称下该类联盟的收益分配模型,对模型结果与参数问的关系进行了深入分析,分析表明,信息不对称的存在会显著影响模型的实施效果:进而,引入一种激励机制对所建立的收益分配模型加以改进,并结合一整车物流联盟实例进行了验证.研究结果表明,基于委托-代理理论的收益分配模型可以提高合作双方的努力水平,进而提高联盟的收益水平.

Study on Income Distribution Mechanism in Star-like Finished Vehicle Logistics Alliance

The principle-agent relationship of finished vehicle logistics alliance of star-like mode was analyzed. By using principle-agent theory, the income distribution models with symmetric information and asymmetric information were established, and the quantitative relationship of solution with parameters were analyzed in detail, which shows that asymmetric information will influence the effectiveness of the model. Furthermore, an incentive mechanism was introduced to improve this model and an example was given to illustrate its effectiveness. The outcome shows that the income distribution model based on principle-agent theory could improve the effort level of cooperating parties and thus increase the total income of the alliance.
