关于单桩钢套管人工基床稳定厚度的研究

摘    要:根据宝钢马迹山码头工程大直径嵌岩灌注桩的稳桩实践,采用ANSYS有限元模型模拟施工期间钢套管管径、基床厚度和水平荷载等因素的变化对灌注桩钢套管稳定性的影响,研究探讨人工基床厚度与钢套管管径之间关系,为同类工程设计,施工中确定人工基床的厚度提供参考.

Abstract:According to the stabilizing practice of large-diameter rock-embedded cast-in-place piles in Baosteel Majishan port project, we adopt ANSYS finite element model to simulate the influence on the steel- casing stability of the driven cast-in-place piles by the diameter of steel-casings, horizontal load and thickness of bedding etc. in construction, research and discuss the relationship between the thickness of artificial bedding and the diameter of steel casings, which will provide the reference for determining the thickness of artificial bedding in similar projects.
