海底管道的疲劳失效分析

摘    要:由于多种原因在役海底管道的某些管段往往会形成具有一定长度的悬跨,悬跨在波浪和海流的共同作用下会发生振动,最终可能导致管道的疲劳失效.从海底管道疲劳寿命计算和疲劳失效分析人手,重点介绍应用ANSYS有限元软件分析海底管道的疲劳问题的方法,可供类似工程借鉴与参考.

Abstract:A certain length of suspended span is often caused by various factors at some pipe sections of inservice submarine pipeline. Those suspended spans are vibrated by wave and current, which may eventually result in the fatigue failure of submarine pipeline. We discuss the fatigue lifetime calculation and fatigue failure analysis of submarine pipeline, describe in detail the application of ANSYS software in the finite element analysis for the fatigue of submarine pipeline, which will provide references for similar projects.
