关于机制砂混凝土性能的试验研究

摘    要:目前,建筑用天然砂资源短缺的问题日益突出,其价格也在逐年上升.机制砂是新型的建设用砂,作为混凝土中的细集料与天然砂掺混配合使用,可以弥补天然砂的供给不足.简述机制砂的基本特性,选用浙江宁波地区的石屑砂、机制砂和当地的天然砂进行混凝土工作性能、力学性能试验,比较分析掺入机制砂的不同配比对混凝土强度和耐久性等性能指标的影响.机制砂的研究及其在工程建设领域的应用具有重要的技术经济价值,机制砂的应用前景非常广阔.

Abstract:By now, the shortage of natural sand becomes more serious with its increasing cost year by year. As a kind of new-type sand for construction, machine-made-sand may be used as fine aggregate to mix with natural sand and produce concrete, which will improve the supply of natural sand. We summarize basic characteristics of machine-made-sand, sample stone chip sand in Ningbo of Zhejiang province, machine-made- sand and local natural sand for concrete mechanics property and usability experiments, compare and analyze the influence on concrete strength and durability indexes etc. by various mixture ratio of machine-made-sand. The research of machine-made-sand and its application in construction lead to great technical and economic benefit, and it is of broad future.
