关于老码头改造工程中基坑开挖问题的研究

摘    要:在八所老港区泊位改造工程的基坑施工中,由于在锚碇墙与码头前沿之间存在原有结构物的浅基础,且锚碇墙拉杆的安装高程低于原基础的底高程,开挖基坑时必须保证原有结构基础的稳定;锚碇墙开挖位置附近的砂性土层中地下水位较高,基坑开挖时应采取有效降水措施,保证基坑稳定。针对本工程基坑施工中的主要技术问题开展研究,提出相应的工程对策,总结施工经验为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:In foundation ditch excavation of Basuo Port berths reconstruction project, shallow foundation of original structures exists between anchor wall and wharf structure, and elevation of anchor wall draw-rod installation is lower than bottom elevation of original foundation, therefore foundation stabilization for original structures must be guaranteed during foundation ditch excavation. Due to higher groundwater level of sandy soil stratum where anchor wall is excavated, effective water-reducing measures shall be used to ensure the stability of foundations ditch when it's excavated. Researchers are developed for major technical problems in foundation ditch construction, relevant countermeasures are proposed and construction experiences are summarized, which will provide the reference for the similar projects.
