防风抑尘网支护结构的比选和优化设计

摘    要:支护结构在散货堆场防风抑尘网的一次性投资中占比很大,而刚架是比较简单经济的防风抑尘网支护结构型式.针对防风抑尘网工程中常用支护结构型式的用钢量,分析比较调整支护结构的整体布置和关键设计参数对结构强度和用钢量的影响,并提出相关的优化建议和估算公式,可供同类型工程参考.

Abstract:The supporting structure occupies a large percentage of lump-sum investment on the wind-dust- screen around bulk cargo stockyard, and rigid frame is a kind of simple and economic structure supporting wind- dust-screen. Based on the quantity of steel used for typical wind-dust-screen supporting structure, we analyze and compare the impacts on the structural intensity and steel consumption quantity by adjusting general layout and key design parameters of the supporting structure, furthermore propose the optimized suggestions and imputed formula, which will provide references for similar projects.
