金属结构CAD/CAE一体化设计平台的研究

摘    要:在分析现有CAD/CAE集成技术的基础上,提出运用VB.net和SQL Server数据库技术集成Pro/ENGINEER与AN-SYS的方案,实现金属结构设计过程与分析过程的无缝连接,较好地解决了CAD/CAE数据传递的接口问题。工程实例证明,该平台不仅可以满足金属结构设计分析的需要,还能提高产品设计效率、降低设计成本,具有较高的工程实用价值。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of current CAD/CAE integrated techniques, a plan that VB.net and SQL Server database technologies are applied to integrate pro/ENGINEER and ANSYS is proposed, which enables metal structure design and analysis processes being conducted simultaneously, solves CAD/CAE data transfer interface problem effectively. It is verified in project examples that the design platform can satisfy the requirements for metal structure design and analysis, raise design efficiency, lower design cost and is of higher engineering utility value.
