铁路基层站段网络培训系统的构建

Building Online-training System for Railway Stations and Districts

This paper introduces the main structure and the function characteristics of onlinetraining system, which is used in employee training of Luoyang Railway Station. Integrating network communication, distribution technique, bypass gathering technique and data synchronous transfer, the system implements the network training for enterprise staff. Having direct transmission, video-on-demand,on-line exam, computer simulation of abnormal traffic, teaching management and other functions, the system improves the training efficiency greatly.
