概念车身梁截面厚度优化设计

摘    要:为了实现在概念设计阶段优化设计车身复杂梁截面厚度,建立了梁截面几何属性和PSO优化算法,并基于UG/OPEN平台开发了梁截面设计和梁截面厚度优化模块,实现了多约束条件下车身梁截面厚度的优化设计。针对某一具体车型进行了概念车身梁截面厚度优化设计,使优化目标车身质量实现了轻量化,同时改善了模型弯曲刚度和扭转刚度。
