摘    要:层次分析方法在多目标领域应用广泛,需要分析实际问题进行建模解决.以东风商用车公司为例,通过分析供应商选择和评价的过程和准则,运用层次分析法(AHP)解决供应商评价指标杈重系数的设置问题,指导组织科学地评价供应商,优化供应链,构造适应组织核心竞争力需要的供应商群平台.
