| 摘 要： | 在分析生产制造过程质量控制与诊断相关理论和方法的基础上,提出一种适用于汽车发动机曲轴生产过程质量控制与诊断的框架体系,并重点介绍了该控制与诊断体系的3大模块及其运行过程.通过实践证明,该体系可明确揭示汽车发动机曲轴加工过程中导致产品质量缺陷的深层次原因,可实现对曲轴加工过程质量的有效控制和诊断.
