| 摘 要： | 本文报导大白鼠左冠状动脉根部结扎后三天时梗塞范围与左室心肌收缩性能指标测定的结果,以及大白鼠心肌梗塞模型的形态、机能特点。在这一模型中,室中隔及绝大多数剃头肌都不发生坏死,而左室上2/5与下3/5交界部位所取切片中的梗塞面积最能代表整个左室的平均梗塞范围。心肌梗塞后三天时左室心肌收缩性能指标明显降低。

The measurement and the characteristic of the infarct size and the left venrticular myocardial contractility indices during experimental myocardial infarction in rat |

| Abstract: | The myocardial infarct size (MIS) and left ventricular myocardial contractility indices (LVMCI) were measured on the third day after ligationof the root of left coronary artery in rats. The morphological and thefunctional characteristics of the experimental myocardial infarction in ratswere described. The necrosis could not be seen in the ventricular septa andthe most capillary muscles. The MIS measured from the tissure slice got fromthe level between the upper 2/5 and lower 3/5 of the left ventricle couldmostly represent the MIS of the whole left ventricle. The LVMCI on thethird day after ligation of coronary artery was reduced markedly. |
