| 摘 要： | 介绍2009年铁路发展概况,总结2009年铁路标准化主要工作、铁路技术标准体系建设情况。从当前铁路发展的形势,分析我国铁路科技和标准工作面临的新挑战、新任务、新要求。铁路技术标准工作要适应铁路快速发展和铁路"走出去"发展战略的需要,贯彻"高标准、讲科学、不懈怠"的要求,从科学合理制定2010年铁道行业标准计划、认真完成2010年铁路标准制修订工作、重点研究制定一批高速铁路、重载运输急需的技术标准、进一步加大标准的国际化工作力度以及继续做好铁路标准的管理和服务工作等5个方面,提出2010年铁路标准工作思路和重点任务。
