血清SCC与宫颈癌生物学行为的相关性及临床意义

目的　探讨宫颈癌患者放射治疗前后血清鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原 (SCC Ag)与其生物学行为的相关性及临床意义。方法　采用全自动快速粒子酶免疫分析系统 ,检测 5 0 0例宫颈癌患者治疗前后SCC Ag值 ,分析SCC Ag检测值与宫颈癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果　宫颈癌患者治疗前血清SCC Ag水平与肿瘤组织学类型、临床分期呈正相关 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,与肿瘤组织分化程度无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;且治疗前的水平高于治疗后 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论　治疗前后血清SCC Ag值对估计宫颈癌的生物学行为和预后有重要的临床参考价值

The clinical significance and the relationship between the serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen level and the biological characteristics of cervical carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical significa nc e and the relationship between the serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-A g) levels and the biological characteristics in patients with cervical carcinoma . Methods The pre-post-treatment sera from 500 patients w ith cervical carcinoma from 1998 to 2002 were analyzed for the SCC-Ag levels by IMX; and the correlation between the SCC-Ag level and the clinicopathologic ch aracteristics were also detected. Results Significant corre lation was found between the pre-treatment SCC-Ag level and pathologic classif ication, and clinical stage (P<0.005); no relation was found between the pre -treatment SCC-Ag level and the pathologic grade (P>0.05); The pre-treatm ent SCC-Ag level is significantly higher than that of post-treatment (P< 0.005).Conclusion Pre-post-treatment SCC-Ag levels plays an imp ortant role in evaluating the biological characteristics and prognosis in patien ts with cervical cancer.
