| 摘 要： | 轨道交通项目建设机构在建设过程中对整个项目的全过程的合同管理,大致可分为招标策划、资格预审、招标与定标、合同执行、合同总结与后评估、合同管理培训等六大阶段。介绍了每个阶段合同管理的重要性,并提炼出全过程管理中各阶段的关键控制点。

| Abstract: | Contract management in this article specially me ans the whole-course contract management of the construction institute for urba n rail transport construction. The whole-course can be divided into six sequent i al phases. The paper,on the basis of practical experiences,makes a detailed desc ription of the importance of each phase analyzes the management methods from economic aspect, and argues that the key controlling points of the whole constr uctio n process are significant for the reference of the contract management work. |
