地铁调度员工作站人机交互界面设计研究

摘    要:随着城市轨道交通运营载客能力的提高,对调度员应对突发事件的快速反应能力和高效处理能力要求越来越高,调度员与工作站界面的交互也越来越频繁.文中以双屏幕为设计环境,针对现代复杂的地铁调度工作站交互界面问题,归纳总结了调度员工作站人机交互界面适用的设计准则,引用生态界面理论的抽象层级法分析ATS调度系统,并结合图形用户界面的设计思维,提出了一种新的人机交互界面设计的方法流程.以北京地铁1号线的调度工作站系统为参考,构建具体的界面设计方案,并对方案进行实验比较分析.

Abstract:With the increasing capacity of Urban Transit operation, the rapid response ability and the efficient processing power for the dispatcher to response emergencies became much stricter than before. The interaction between the dispatcher and workstation also became more frequently. In application to dual screen, the article summarized the guidelines of designing the interface of the dispatcher workstation. Taking the ecological interthce design ( EID ) theory as the basis, the abstract layers of display and control system were analyzed. A method of layout design was presented based on the Graphical User Interface(GUl), ergonomic guidelines and the EID theory. A specific design was made based on the system of Beijing Subway No. 1 Line.
