船舶轴系共振转换器的非线性振动特性研究

摘    要:共振转换器是控制轴系纵向振动的重要装置。利用该装置内的工作流体改变轴系纵向刚度和阻尼,达到减振的目的。减振装置内的流体压强随轴系纵向载荷而改变,从而影响共振转换器的减振效果。对安装共振转换器的轴系纵向振动有限元模型,考察减振装置的等效减振参数与内部流体工作压强的非线性关系。基于Wilson-θ法在时域内求解推力轴承基座处的纵向加速度响应,通过傅里叶变换在频域内分析轴系纵向振动特性,研究减振装置内的流体压强变化对减振效果的影响,并讨论结构尺寸与减振效果之间的关系。
