紧急切断阀自动关闭系统检测试验平台的设计开发

摘    要:为保证罐式液体危险货物运输车辆在运输过程中的安全,GB-标准规定当车辆行驶速度大于5 km/h时紧急切断阀应能够自动关闭。针对这一要求,设计了一种紧急切断阀自动关闭系统检测试验平台,利该平台可以对紧急切断阀自动关闭系统的功能进行测试,判定是否满足标准要求。经试验表明,该平台能够很好地达到设计目的,完成紧急切断阀自动关闭系统的检测。

Design and Development of Test Platform for Automatic Shut-off System of Emergency Shut-off Valve
Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of the tanker for dangerous liquid goods transportation vehicle during transportation,the GB 7258-2017 standard stipulates that the emergency shut-off valve can be automatically closed when the vehicle speed is greater than 5km/h.In view of this requirement,this paper designs a test platform for automatic shut-off system of emergency shut-off valve,which can test the function of automatic shut-off system of emergency shut-off valve and determine whether it meets the standard requirements.The test results show that the platform can well achieve the design purpose and complete the test of the automatic shut-off system of emergency cut-off valve.
