城市停车设施规划要点分析研究

当前城市土地资源日益紧张,城市停车问题受到社会的广泛关注,停车设施规划成为城市交通规划的重要组成部分。该文首先列举了停车设施的建造型式并分析其特点;然后从城市土地利用性质和停车场建造型式的关系,得出了不同停车设施的适用范围;最后提出停车设施规划的要点是合理调整停车设施供应结构,即停车设施规划时必须考虑路外公共停车场、路外配建停车场和路边停车场三者泊位数的合理供应比例。

Analysis and Study of Planning Gist for Urban Parking Facilities

At present,the urban land resource is increasingly in short.The urban parking problem is widely concerned by the society.The planning of parking facilities becomes the important part of urban traffic planning.The article firstly introduces the building types of parking facilities and analyzes the characteristics of the facilities,then reaches the applicable scope of the different parking facilities from the relationship of urban land utilization character and parking lot construction type,and finally puts forward that the planning gist of parking facilities is reasonably to adjust the supply structure of parking facilities,i.e.must consider the reasonable supply proportion of the berth number of outer-road public parking lot,outer-road parking field and roadside parking filed in the planning of parking facilities.
