摘    要:针对振动搅拌技术中搅拌质量、振动强度和机器工作可靠性不能兼顾的问题,在前期试验研究基础上,提出一种新的振动搅拌技术,认为以搅拌轴和搅拌叶片作为振动活化源,振动和强制搅拌相结合的实施方案是合理的。以此设计了相应的试验样机,研究其合理的搅拌参数和振动参数并与普通强制搅拌进行了对比试验。试验表明:这种振动搅拌装置所需振动强度小,振动参数在普通振动机械的范围内,较以往装置有更高的可靠性和耐久性并能显著提高混凝土的搅拌质量。

Abstract:For solving the problem that mixing quality,vibration intensity and working reliability can not be ensured at the same time in the study of vibratory mixing,authors put forward a new vibratory mixing technique.It is pointed that the reasonable vibratory mixing scheme should use mixing shaft and blades as vibration source,and combine vibration with forced mixing.By means of experiments of the prototype,authors discuss reasonable mixing parameters and vibratory parameters,and compare vibratory mixing with ordinary forced mixing.The test data indicates that this kind of vibratory mixer needs smaller vibration intensity.It has higher reliability and durability than the former equipment,and obviously improves mixing quality of concrete.
