卵巢癌标志抗原CA125检测的临床价值

用 McAb固相放射免疫技术对26例妇科肿瘤、包块（含13例卵巢癌）及5例正常对照进行CA125检测,并与CEA、AFP对照。结果:①卵巢上皮癌12例均显著升高,CEA仅2/12增高;②手术或化疗后短期内CA125并不都迅即降低,有的反见升高;③作为术后监测,CA125可先于临床复发前半年即升高;④CA125和CA19-9等抗原在某些病例可同时升高,提示肿瘤标记的复杂多样性。

THE CLINICAL VALUE OF CA125 AS TUMOR MARKER IN OVARIAN CANCER AND OTHER FEMALE PELVIC CAVITY MASSES

This paper reports a result of serum level of CA125 in 26 patients with gynecologic tumor (including 13 cases of ovarian cancer) and 5 healthy women by solid phase radioimmunoassay. Our results showed: ①12 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer all had elevated serum level of CA125 conspicuously (mean 1237 U/ml), but CEA elevation was found in two of 12 cases onlyi ②Shortly afteroperation or chemotherapy, the CA125 serum level in some patients was not decreased, even had the tendency to increase temporarily; ③6 months before clinical recurrent of ovarian cancer serum level of CA125 may be elevated ; ④Both CA125 and CA19-9 were elevated in the same patients with o-varian cancer. This suggests the diversity and complexity of tumor markers.
