摘    要:在充分考虑影响热油管道轴向温降的各个因素的基础上,并考虑油品物性(密度、比热容、黏度)和总传热系数随温度变化而变化,建立了热油管道停输时轴向温降的数学模型,模型还适用于有进分油点的管道,并用预测-校正法求解数学模型,最后进行了实例计算.该方法已应用在新疆油田的几条热油管道轴向温降的计算中,计算结果令人满意.

Abstract:We considered each influential factor of the axial temperature drop on a buried crude pipeline,the physical parameters of oil(density,specific heat capacity and viscosity),and general heat transmission factor that changes with temperature.A mathematical model was established on the axial temperature drop of shutdown on a buried crude pipeline.The model is suitable to the pipeline on which there are points for oil ingress and diversion,and the prediction-correction methods are used to solve the mathematical mode.Finally,we conducted an actual calculation.The method has been applied to several buried crude pipelines in Xinjiang oil field with a satisfactory calculation result.
