分阶段施工对成桥后温度效应仿真分析的影响

摘    要:以山西某座连续刚构桥为例,运用有限元软件 Midas Civil 仿真分析了悬臂施工阶段中的收缩徐变等因素对结构成桥后箱梁应力的影响,得出了2种工况下由整体升降温以及温度梯度升降温而引起的温度应力,变化趋势一致,两者之差很小,只有在边中跨和中跨附近下缘的温度应力有较小的出入。最终得出采用有限元软件研究桥梁结构温度效应中是否考虑施工阶段对分析结果影响不大,可以省去施工阶段的分析。

Abstract:Taking a continuous rigid frame bridge in Shanxi as an example,using the finite element software Midas Civil,the simulation analysis of the influence of the shrinkage and creep in the cantile-ver construction stage on the bridge box girder stress is carried out in this paper.The results show that under the two kinds of working conditions,the change trends of the temperature stress caused by the overall cooling and the temperature gradient increasing and decreasing are consistent,and the difference between which is very small,only has a small discrepancy in the side span and near across the lower edge.Therefore,whether considering the construction phase or not has only little influence on the analysis result of the temperature effect of the bridge structure by the finite element software, and the analysis of the construction stage can be omitted.
