嘉绍跨江大桥(南侧)主航道桥桥塔墩钻孔钢平台设计与施工

摘    要:嘉绍跨江大桥(南侧)主航道桥施工段内的3个桥塔墩采用钻孔钢平台进行施工。钢平台下部结构设计采用钢管桩基础;钢管桩桩间连接采用2层平联结构;钢平台上部结构中主梁、横梁均采用型钢。由于桥位处水文条件复杂,钢平台钢管桩基础采用钓鱼法进行沉桩作业;钢管桩平联采用履带吊安装;钢护筒分上、下2节振动下沉至设计标高;最后完成平台面层搭设。

Abstract:The three pylon piers in the construction section of the main shipping channel bridge(south side) of Jiashao River Crossing were constructed on steel boring platforms.The substructures of the platforms were designed to use the steel pipe pile foundations,the steel pipe piles were connected each other by the two-level lateral bracing systems and the main girders and cross beams for the superstructures of the platforms were all used with the sectional steels.Because the hydrologic conditions at the bridge sit...
