Strengthen the Tracking Management to Seafarers |

| Abstract: | s] Many highly qualified seafarers are needed because of the rapid development of shipping in China, which requests us to strengthen the tracking management to seafarers. This is the principal of maritime administration and the countermeasure of the development strategy. It is the role that facing to the present and the problems, the effective measure, strengthening the tracking management to seafarers should been taken for the development of shipping. |
