庆兴黄土隧道出口浅埋段施工技术

摘    要:结合包西铁路BXS-2标庆兴隧道的施工实践,论述了根据地质条件、水文条件、施工季节,采取有效的公路改移、地表防排水和加强超前支护后,在湿陷性风积黏质黄土、下穿公路隧道浅埋段采用预留核心土三台阶七步开挖法的施工技术。结果表明,预留核心土三台阶七步开挖法减少了临时支撑的投入,节约了工程材料;可以使用大型机械开挖,各个工序之间衔接紧凑,提高了开挖的速度,缩短了工程工期,降低了工程管理成本,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为以后在湿陷性黄土Ⅴ级围岩浅埋地段施工提供了宝贵的施工经验。
