长沙枢纽船闸下游口门区出口支流入汇段通航条件研究

摘    要:长沙枢纽船闸下游引航道口门区连接段处于支流沩水入汇口。对于有支流汇入的连接段航道,其水流条件的优劣除与枢纽河段的平面形态、枢纽平面布置关系密切外,支流汇入角和汇入比往往起到控制作用。试验研究表明:保障支流入汇连接段通航安全,可采取筑堤导流和疏浚引流低水整治措施;在中、洪水期,通过加高河口导流堤高程的工程措施调整支流水流入汇角已经不经济,采取调整连接段船舶进出闸航行线路的非工程措施,可有效解决干、支不利遭遇下船舶安全会遇的问题。

Abstract:The connection reach outside the entrance of lower lock of Changsha hydro-junction is in the inflow section of Weishui river. For the connection channel with inflow of a tributary, the flow condition is closely related not only to the plane form of hydro-junction reach and the overall layout of hydro-junction, but also to the junction angle and discharge ratio of tributary. Experimental study shows that the regulation measure of low dike for diver- sion and dredging for drainage can be taken to safeguard the navigation security in inflow section of tributary. But in median water level and flood period, it is not suitable to increase the height of diversion dike for adjustment of tributary junction angle. It can effectively solve the ship safety encounter problems under the condition of disadvantageous confluence ratio by non-engineering measures such as adjusting the ship route for getting in and out of ship lock.
