摘    要:鉴于目前船用油水分离器使用状况监控困难的现状,创新提出了流量鉴定法、浓度鉴定法、运行时间鉴定法、视频鉴定法的监控措施,以防止船上工作人员偷排污油水而污染海洋行为的产生。针对船用油水分离器的分离性能不佳的问题,提出了加强污油水的前期处理,把船用油水分离器系统供水泵由恒量泵改为变量泵、船用油水分离器和船用焚烧炉科学联合使用的技术方案。这些技术方案和措施提高了船用油水分离器环保性能,对海洋环境保护具有积极意义。

Abstract:Based on the difficulty of monitoring the present working condition of marine oily water separator, Several Monitoring measures are put forward to prevent seafarers from illegally discharging oily water and polluting the oceans ,These methods include flow identification, density identification, run-time identification, video monitoring. In order to solve the problem of poor separation performance of marine oily water separator, this paper proposes several technologicalS schemes, these include strengthening the early treatment of oily water, changing the fixed-displacement pump into variable-displacement pump to supply oily water to oil-water separator, Scientifically usingSaScombination of marine oily water separator and incinerator, These technologicalS schemes and measures improve the environmental performance of the oily water separator ,and have positive significance for protecting the marine environment.
