加装缓冲器的非隔离式蓄能器稳定性研究

摘    要:为了进一步提高某型液压系统连续高速缓冲的性能稳定性,在非隔离式蓄能器进口端加装了缓冲器,通过连续性试验验证,加装缓冲器大大减缓非隔离式蓄能器气液混合程度,有效提升了缓冲性能的稳定性,对其它采用非隔离式蓄能器的液压系统设计和性能改进有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:A buffer was added to the non-isolated accumulator"s entrance for the purpose of enhance the stability of a certain hydraulic system"s capability which has suffered a series of high-speed cushions. By way of continuity tests" validation, the added buffer takes effects such as greatly decreases the extent of the gas-liquid mixed phenomenon which happens inside of the non-isolated accumulator and improve the stability of the hydraulic system"s cushion capability. The research production has a important reference value to ameliorate the capability of other hydraulic pressure system which has a non-isolated accumulator.
