摘    要:液化气船的棱形独立舱靠设置于底部的支承结构支持,支承结构的强度是该船型结构设计的重要方面。基于非线性有限元模型分析方法较真实的模拟了结构的实际工作状态,分别对支承结构的支撑肘板、挡板及层压木等各局部组件的应力或受力情况进行了详细的分析,研究了外部条件及设计因素对强度的影响,提出了提高结构强度的建议措施,为实际工程中支承结构的尺寸设计和分析提供了参考。

Abstract:The independent prismatic tanks of liquefied gas carriers are sustained by the supports distributed at the tank bottom, so the strength of these supports is one of the most critical aspects for the structural design of this type of vessel. The actual working state was simulated based on a nonlinear finite element method and a very detail analysis of the structural stress and force was performed for the local assemblies of the support, like bracket, dam plate and press wood. Besides, the influence on strength by external conditions and design factors were studied and measures were proposed to improve the structural strength, which can provide reference for the design and analysis of support in practical engineering.
