摘 要: | 艏喷是耙吸挖泥船作业的典型方式,泥浆混合物喷射轨迹和距离的分析一直是研究的热点。本文基于光滑粒子动力学(SPH)方法,在ABAQUS中建立典型耙吸挖泥船喷嘴管段模型,模拟泥浆喷射过程,并获得泥浆喷射轨迹及出口速度、泥浆散落面积等关键参数。经过与理论分析公式比较,粒子法数值模拟可以更好的描述喷射动态过程以及对管道的作用力,研究结果可以为耙吸挖泥船施工以及设计提供参考。

SIMULATION OF RAINBOWING PROCESS OF TRAILING SUCTION HOPPER DREDGER BASED ON SPH METHOD |

Abstract: | Rainbowing is a typical working condition for a trailing suction hopper dredger(TSHD), the trajectory and distance of the slurry flow jet is the hot issue of research. This paper build typical pipe segment of jet in ABAQUS, to simulate the jetting process and obtain the key parameters such as route of the jet flow, velocities at the outlet and the area of falling slurry as well. Compared with the theoretical equations, the SPH method can describe the jet dynamic process and the force acting on the pipes. The results can provide analysis tools for TSHD operation and for the ship structure design. |
