| 摘 要： | 城市组团间道路施工交通组织设计需要遵循一定的原则，才能有效地减轻道路施工期间带来的交通压力。以OD分流为主导思想，结合交通政策、交通管理等软措施，从时间和空间上对过往车辆、施工区域内车辆和施工车辆进行分流和引导管理，以保证施工道路及其周边路网的正常运行。以宁波市通途路、江南路施工期间交通疏解方案为例验证了措施的实用性。
