水稳厂拌式碾压混凝土基层施工技术

水稳厂拌式碾压混凝土基层是采用水稳拌和楼拌和、高密实度摊铺机摊铺、合适的振动压路基碾压成型,用作高等级公路路面基层的一种结构层。其相比水稳半刚性基层,强度提高,承载力及耐久性得到显著加强;相比碾压混凝土面层,强度及平整度要求都有所降低,但其材料及机械设备的选用范围更广,便于大面积推广应用。着重介绍水稳厂拌式碾混凝土基层混合料拌和、摊铺、碾压、养生、接缝处理等关键施工技术。

Construction Technology of Roller Compacted Base with Cement Stabilized Mixture from Mix Plant

The roller compacted base with cement stabilized mixture from mix plant is mixed by mix plant for cement stabilized mixture,paved by high-compaction paver,and compacted by suitable vibrating roller,can be used as structural base for high-grade highway pavement.Compared with the half-rigid cement stabilized base,strength has been promoted,bearing capacity and durability have been significantly strengthened;though compared with rolling concrete pavement,both strength and smoothness have been reduced,it has more wider range for material and equipment supply,which can ensure a much larger application.The critical construction technical points including mixing,paving,compacting,curing and joint treatment have been introduced.
