| Abstract: | In this paper,through comparison of construction cost between different projects including arterial highways completed and under construction in the 10th and 11th Five-Year Plan,planned projects for the 12th Five-Year Plan,the author has synthetically analysed decisive factors for cost growth occurred in arterial highways from such point of view of labor,material,equipment,land acquisition and construction management,with several feasible measures for cost control and cost management being pointed out. |
