| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的就业率是评价人才培养质量的一个重要指标。高职毕业生就业工作的到位与否直接关系到高职院校的生存与发展。在目前高职毕业生就业面临巨大压力的情况下,对高职院校毕业生就业工作中的有利形势和不利条件进行分析。并在此基础上思考探讨高职毕业生就业工作应采取的相应措施,以进一步深化高职教育改革,切实提高高职毕业生的就业率。

| Abstract: | The graduate rate is an important factor in the evaluation of talent education quality.Whether occupational instruction is proper or not can directly influences the existence and development of higher vocational schools.An analysis of favorable conditions and limited factors in employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges will be performed when these graduates face strong pressure of job hunting.Corresponding measures will be taken on the basis of this analysis so as to further deepen reform of higher vocational education and effectively increase employment rate. |
