摘    要:文中对检验中发现的一条含未焊透缺陷的工业管道,采用CAESARⅡ软件对其进行了应力分析,在此基础上,按照GB/T 19624—2019中的方法对该管道进行了安全评定。结果表明:在正常操作工况下,管道缺陷处尚有较大的安全裕度,在评定周期内可以安全运行。

Abstract:In this paper,an industrial pipeline with incomplete welding defects was found in the inspection.CAESARⅡsoftware was used to analyze the stress.On this basis,the safety assessment of the pipeline was carried out according to the method in GB/T 19624—2019.The results show that under normal operating conditions,there is still a large safety margin at the pipeline defects,and it can operate safely within the assessment period.
