| 摘 要： | 为了保证管线正常运行的情况下对管道进行迁改,与阀门联箱配合使用,设计了一种带压开孔机。该设备采用轻质合金,主轴采用二级手动进给设计,中心钻刀刃上方设计有一段螺纹,将电机和法兰盘组合设计。文中设备质量轻,进给快速平稳,结构紧凑,维护方便。

| Abstract: | To ensure pipeline removal and modification under the normal operation of the pipeline,a tapping machine under pressure was designed used in conjunction with the valve.The facility adopted light alloy,main shaft adopted two level manual feed.A section of thread was designed above the center drill blade.Motor and flange were designed combined together.The facility is light in weight,fast and steady in feed,compact in structure and convenient in maintenance. |
