摘    要:杭州地铁1号线下沙江滨站至滨江一路站区间是杭州地铁建设的第1条大断面穿越钱塘江的盾构隧道工程。在阐述该工程概况及隧道断面和结构设计的基础上,分析了该工程在设计、施工过程中面临的工程难点,主要包括:下穿钱塘江大堤、下穿江底输油管、高水压下管片接缝防水等。采用工程类比、工程实测等手段,针对各个难点提出相应的应对措施,确保了工程的顺利实施。这些应对措施可为类似的越江隧道工程提供参考。

Abstract:The Xiashajiangbin Station-Binjiangyilu Station section on Hangzhou metro Line 1 is the first larger section shield tunnel that crosses the Qiantang River in Hangzhou.In this paper,with an introduction to the project profile,the tunnel section and structure design of the project,the engineering difficulties in design and construction are analyzed,including the metro tunnel passing under the Qiantang River embankment and the petroleum pipelines,and the segment joint water-proofing under hydraulic pressure environment.Then,through the ways of engineering analogy and field measurement,corresponding solutions to each difficulty are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.The solutions may provide reference for similar river-crossing shield tunnels.
