摘    要:在深水作业的夹层管受外部静水压力作用容易引发屈曲局部失稳,屈曲会沿着管道轴向传播并引发大范围破坏失效,实际工程中常采用设置止屈器的方法来限制屈曲传播,从而避免整段管道的报废。针对此问题,基于ABAQUS软件建立含止屈器的夹层管有限元模型,通过数值仿真分析夹层管在外压作用下的止屈器屈曲穿越变形形态,并对止屈器止屈性能进行参数分析。研究结果表明:增大止屈器长度或宽度能够实现屈曲穿越模式的转变;增强夹层管的层间粘结性能会显著提高夹层管整体式止屈器止屈效率;屈曲穿越压力随止屈器长度或厚度的增大而增大,当超过某一临界值时,屈曲穿越由平行穿越模式变为正交穿越模式。

Abstract:The sandwich pipe in deep water operation is easily affected by external hydrostatic pressure to cause local buckling instability,buckling can propagate along the axial direction of the pipe and cause extensive failure.In practical engineering,a method of setting the buckle arrestor is often used to limit the propagation of buckling so as to avoid the scrapping of the whole section of pipeline.To solve this problem,a finite element model of a sandwich pipe with a arrestor was established based on ABAQUS software.Through numerical simulation,the deformation of buckling and crossover of sandwich pipes with buckle arrestor under external pressure were discussed,and parameters about buckle arrestor’s arrestor performance were analyzed.The results indicate that increasing the length or width of the buckle arrestor can change the crossover mode.Enhancing the interlayer bonding property of the sandwich pipe can improve the arresting efficiency of the integral arrestor of sandwich pipes.The buckling crossover pressure increases with the increase of the length or thickness of the buckle arrestor,when a critical value is exceeded,the buckle crossover mode changes from a parallel crossover mode to an orthogonal crossover mode.
