不锈钢圆管内湍流摩擦因数研究

摘    要:针对不锈钢圆管湍流摩擦因数计算存在的问题,在雷诺数为(1~15)×104的范围内,测定了不锈钢圆管的阻力性能,并对其湍流摩擦因数进行计算和分析,在此基础上提出了计算该种不锈钢圆管湍流摩擦因数的经验公式,并与常用的计算光滑圆管湍流摩擦因数的经验公式进行比较.结果表明,提出的经验式计算值与实测值基本一致,平均误差0.606...

Abstract:In view of the problems in the calculation of turbulent friction coefficient of stainless steel round tube,the resistance performance of stainless steel round tube was measured in the range of Reynolds number from(1~15)×104,and the turbulent friction coefficient was calculated and analyzed.On this basis,the empirical formula for calculating the turbulent friction coefficient of stainless steel round tubewas put forward,and compared with the commonly used formula for calculating the turbulent friction coefficient of smooth tube.The results show that the calculated value of the empirical formula is basically consistent with the measured value,and the average error is 0.606%and the maximum error is 1.256%.
