| 摘 要： | 本文从高职院校的人才培养模式改革谈起,剖析了顶岗实习期间学生党建工作中存在的突出问题,从加强思想建设、建立健全规章制度、创新党建活动形式三个方面对顶岗实习学生党建工作进行了初步探索。

| Abstract: | Based on the talent training mode reform of higher vocational college,this article analyzes the obvious problems in the students’ party construction during their field work.The preliminary explorations on party construction of field work students have been carried on mainly in the three aspects,strengthening the ideological development,establishing the rules and regulations,and arranging innovative activities of party building. |
