| Abstract: | Due to the lack of students, the ups and downs of the market and the implementation of new rules, there is an urgent demand for maritime education reform. As one of the frontline work staff, the writer has offshore work experience and experience in crew training, teaching and management. In this essay, the writer analyses the current situation of maritime education in China and puts forward suggestions accordingly. |
