| 摘 要： | 高职学生骨干队伍是高职院校学生教育管理工作的骨干力量和生力军,是当代大学生中的骨干精英,具有较好的培养潜质和较大的发展空间。如何构建高职学生骨干队伍教育培养体系,加强对学生骨干的教育培养,充分发挥学生骨干在和谐校园建设中的重要作用,帮助学生骨干全面发展健康成长成才,是一项具有时代意义的系统工作。

| Abstract: | Student backbone team in higher vocational colleges is the major force that can assist student management work of vocational colleges,and they are elite and have great development potential.It is of great significance to construct a system for cultivating the students’ backbone team,fully perform the important function of student backbone team in the construction of harmonious campus,and help student backbone to grow healthily and develop comprehensively. |
