| 摘 要： | 棋盘石隧道地处岩溶及断层强烈发育区，工程地质和水文地质极为复杂，存在暗河、断层、软岩大变形、岩爆等多种不良地质，隧道在掘进中随时都可能遭遇突水、突泥等多种高风险，被定为向莆铁路I级风险隧道，因此施工阶段风险管理工作已经成为不可或缺的手段之一，对棋盘石隧道施工阶段的风险管理进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Qipanshi Tunnel is located in Karst and faults development zone with complicated engineering and hydrogeological conditions such as underground water,faults,great deformation of soft rock and rockburst.It is marked as the I roman risky as High risks such as water inrush and mud inrush may occur anytime during the excavation.Therefore the risk management is inevitable for the construction which is presented. |
